september 24th, 2025 around 5:30pm. i don’t know his name and i’m 100% making this up but maybe it’s oliver!? he was working in men’s by himself and he was truly a gift he was super helpful, was doing all the things, and yeah he needs a raise because i was loosing my mind and he coached me through it! very thankful for him!

Great store in a really trendy part of town that had a lot of options. I was at a convention and needed something trendy to wear to an evening event and I was able to pull it off shopping there. I was able to get dress pants in a really nice dressy shirt.

Love coming here to shop and they have such a good selection! I end up getting the leather jacket and it is such good quality and perfect for the Chicago windy day

H&M has been a fixture of Chicago since back in the 00s. Ever since French Connection folded, they have been the spot for good cheap fast casual on Michigan Avenue. The prices are better than Zara and the selection is usually more diverse. This store has a fantastic mens dep as recent thst encompasses the entire lower level. They had everything I needed and in an abundance of sizes. I highly recommend even if you have a location in your home city. This one might have some treasures.

H&M on Michigan Ave offers a boutique experience of service, a plethora of stylish pieces which are clean and easy to find. Consistency of merchandising and outfitted for in travel and tourism.

This is a huge H&M with lots of floors. The store was super clean and organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had some great deals when we went. I will definitely be back.
